Order Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or modify. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view real-time updates under My Orders.
Product Questions
Are your products genuine brand-name items?
Yes. We carry recognized kitchen & dining brands including Cuisinart, KitchenAid, OXO, Lodge, Pyrex, Instant Pot, and others listed on each product page.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer volume pricing on storage containers, tableware sets, and commonly ordered kitchen items for food businesses and households. Email support with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened paint, chemicals, and safety-sealed products may have restrictions. Damaged or incorrect shipments qualify for replacement or full refund.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Request Refund. Our team responds within 24 hours with a prepaid return label when approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Which cookware & appliance systems do you carry?
We stock cookware from Lodge, All-Clad, and Cuisinart, plus appliances from KitchenAid, Instant Pot, and Ninja. Product pages list power requirements and included accessories.
How should I care for my cookware?
Hand-wash cast iron and season regularly, follow dishwasher guidelines per brand, and store bakeware flat. See our cookware care guide for detailed maintenance tips.
